Payments Accepted: VISA, MasterCard, American Express,
PayPal, wire transfer, check or cash. If you pay by credit
card, please complete the
Credit Card Authorization Form.
Please fax or email the signed and completed form with a copy of the
front and rear of the credit card.
Less than Minimum: Not available on any items.
Imprint Areas: All art provided is “Size to Fit” on the ball
panel for best appearance. You may also request a template to
work on for a specific appearance.
PMS Matches: No Charge for PMS matches. Due to the nature of
the materials and the variance in manufactured products, we cannot
guarantee exact matches on repeat orders. Like-named colors in
different materials may not be an exact color match. In our
continuing effort to improve our products, we reserve the right to
change specifications without notice.

Virtual Samples:

Standard Packaging: Shipped bulk case pack deflated and
individually poly bagged.
Shipping Weight: Varies by item, please inquire.
Freight Estimates: Estimated shipping quoted upon request.
Inflation: .35? per ball - dimensional weight is used when
shipping inflated – ground shipments only.
Drop Shipments: First destination is free; $3 for each
destination thereafter.
F.O.B. Shipping Point: Los Angeles, California.
Returns: All claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of
merchandise. The factory must authorize returns; any returns not
authorized will be refused and returned to sender. No returns will
be accepted for imprinted or special order merchandise unless it is
determined to be defective by the factory. Returns on unimprinted
merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No replacement or
credit will be issued for merchandise which is unavailable for
return to the factory.
